Privacy policy

Privacy and confidentiality is a serious consideration for Khmer Tattoos Team. We appreciate that this is equally important for our customers and part of the relationship between ourselves and the customer is confidence that Khmer Tattoos Team respects the privacy of the customer and retains confidentiality on all information that we work with. This is our bond of trust between us and the customer.

Every precaution is taken to securely store the information we receive. Secure databases and secure file transfer protocols are in place. Information is only seen by those that need to and not commonly accessible by anyone other than those working with it.

Non-disclosure agreements are in place to protect your information. All staff and translators sign up to that agreement and abide by its restrictions. We appreciate that some of the information we may work with includes very sensitive content, business critical information and pre release material. All information is protected and every security measure is taken to prevent its release.

We work with companies who are developing leading edge products and services; or who are dealing with delicate organizational issues; and they have trust in us because we have processes and procedures in place to protect their sensitive material, during the translation and localization process. We are also proud to include among our clients government organizations who equally respect our privacy and confidentiality controls.

Both the client and provider understand, accept and acknowledge that any disclosure, misappropriation or other unapproved communication of any of the confidential information is in violation the agreement and may cause harm, loss or damage to wither or both parties. Although the amount may be difficult to ascertain it is within the rights of any parties offended to apply for an order preventing any further disclosure, misappropriation or other unapproved communication and shall be entitled to any relief deems appropriate.

Any employees, contractors or other personnel associated with Khmer Tattoos Team. shall have their relationship with the company instantly terminated, without recompense and legal prosecution commenced and supported within the highest extent of the law. Any official bodies, organizations or accrediting authorities will also be notified. In effect, future opportunities to reputably work within the same business will be removed.
